CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost will be charged. 2. If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a cancellation fee of 30% of the service cost will be charged. 3. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will not incur any cancellation fees. Please note that the cancellation fee is implemented to cover the costs associated with the reserved time and resources allocated to your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide timely notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow us to offer the time slot to another client who may be in need of our services.
